We’re excited to launch a brand-new BYU U20 Indoor Team – a monthly training session designed for players under 20 who want to take their Ultimate to the next level.
We are a mixed gender team with indoor trainings led by experienced coaches & GB players.
TRAINING 1 - Saturday 11th October 2025; 14:00 - 17:00 Indoors (hardcourt) at BACA Sport Hall, Lewes Road, Brighton, BN1 9PW
These sessions will provide:
High-quality coaching focused on developing advanced skills, tactics, and teamwork
A chance to play alongside other ambitious players from across the South East
Preparation and support for those aiming to play at regional and national level
Who is it for?
"For a player to be eligible to compete at this event, they must not turn 20 during the calendar year of the tournament" (Ages 15+)
Those who already have some Ultimate experience and want to train in a more focused, competitive environment
Open to both current players and newcomers keen to join of any gender
Tournament:
Open U20 Indoor Nationals on 24th & 25th January 2026. Location: Alan Higgs Centre, Coventry, CV3 1HW
Training dates:
Training will be once a month, dates will be shared in advance. First training is Saturday 11th October 2025 in Brighton
The training calendar will be designed to complement the Junior and University tournament schedules, so players can participate fully in both
Sessions will run for 3 hours at our usual Brighton training venues
Cost:
£15.00 per session, payable using the sign up link
Please ensure you have UKU Basic Membership
What to bring:
Please ensure players bring water, snacks, wear suitable sports clothing and footwear for indoor hardcourt.
All levels welcome, just bring your enthusiasm and motivation to improve!
